Decided to make a blog post because I am bored at home? And saw Bryan's tweet about his new blog post, so here goes!
- Seeing everybody else applying for DPA, I decided to give it a shot by applying for Interior Design in SP. More than half of my classmates got shortlisted for interview and here I am having no news from SP! Frankly speaking, I am disappointed, but this means I really have to buck up on my studies so I get to go to the course I want. No point daydreaming about something when you don't bother doing anything about it, correct?
- Caught the Amazing Spiderman twice and I liked it! The Peter Parker of this movie seemed more.. relatable compared to the original trilogy. If there's one thing I can never stand in movies, it's seeing Uncle Ben die. On a more serious note, kudos to Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans for their amazing portrayal of their individual role!
- The Dark Knight Rises was amazing. Pretty much better than the Avengers and the Amazing Spiderman. Christian Bale and Anne Hathaway were absolutely GORGEOUS! Loved the dark and mature theme compared to the Marvel films. But, condolence to the families of the victims from the theater shooting at the premiere of the Dark Knight Rises.
- Mr Martens left the school already, I'm sure 4C will miss him so much! Now it's a one man show for Mr Faizal, with no one to collect letters and mark attendance! Haha.
- Prelims start this Friday. Hope I don't disappoint myself further. Better start bucking up!
